YES! The initial assessment is FREE and helps determine whether we are the right fit for you.

Assessments are virtual and 15-minutes long for the Support Me and Empower Me Packages and 30-minutes long for the Transformation Package. Our goal is to collect information about you and your space to understand where you are now and where you want to be.

We are committed to helping you meet your goals, so once you sign the service agreement (includes pricing sheet), we will schedule your project as soon as possible.

No need to buy anything: Both through your submission form and your initial assessment, we will determine your goals and whether organizing supplies are in your future. We understand that many decisions are budget-driven and we will use whatever you have to meet your goals.

You will receive a thorough pricing sheet after the initial assessment because transparency and clear communication are at the core of our work.

Cancellations 48 hours prior to a scheduled session are refundable. Cancellations within 48-hours of the session are non-refundable and you will be charged for the session.

It depends on the service: if you choose the Transformation Package, we need to take photos to customize a plan to meet your goals.

We do not need to take photos for the virtual packages, though we highly recommend it.

For ALL packages, you also get to see the before and after in photos, which can be an exciting and rewarding experience!

We would also love to showcase the before/after online, so we will offer a photo release allowing us to publish the photos online. We take great care to protect your privacy.
